Yoga is an old Indian discipline that is both spiritual and physical. Yoga uses breathing techniques, exercise and meditation, helping to improve health and happiness.

  • Courses (from 400 INR per hour)
  • Retreats (2 hours of yoga, 1 hour of relaxation and meditation, and 1 hour of breathing exercises)
  • Day-long or week-long retreats by special arrangement
